All payments are to be made using PayPal Invoices.

Depending on the complexity of the character, prices may increase. I am more than willing to discuss the extent of this if there are any reasonable concerns regarding it.
Only once will I completely redo an incorrect sketch free of charge. Any other large changes after that will require an additional fee (this does not include small adjustments, like a piercing).
If a refund is requested, the amount refunded depends on how much progress I've made.
If I have sent a preliminary sketch, you will receive a 50% refund. You will be allowed to use the sketch how you please. If this is used as a loophole to receive cheap art, you will be blocked/blacklisted.
If your commission is finished, a refund will not be issued.
Tips are not included in refunds. Only base prices of commissions are considered.

COMMISSION CONTENT:
I will draw
complex designs, disability aids, nsfw/nudity, mild blood/gore, anthros, humanoids
I will not draw
ferals, vivid depictions of discriminatory activities/ideals/designsas my examples show, I primarily draw women, but i will draw men if requested.
i will not draw nsfw content of male characters, period.Complicated designs will result in additional fees.
I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
References required.
Completion times may vary. Turnaround is typically 6 weeks - 6 months. I am disabled and often have to take time off as a result, but I try my best to stay on top of things. My DMs are always open to communicate delays - I try to respond within the hour.

USAGE AND OWNERSHIP:
I retain the right to use my artwork to advertise. If you would like to purchase the rights to the artwork, let me know and I will give you an estimate.
You must provide proper credit whenever possible (i.e., direct mention of my username).
Cropping/Resizing is allowed when in pertinence to personal use.
You may post the completed artwork anywhere with proper credit.
You may not claim the artwork as your own.
You may not resell the artwork.
You may not make NFTs of the artwork.
you may not use the artwork for ai.
You may not edit the artwork.IN REGARDS TO CUSTOM DESIGNS/ADOPTS
You may resell the design, but the price cannot be higher than what it was originally purchased for.
You can do whatever you'd like with the design in terms of art - this includes making changes to it. This does not permit you to edit the original artwork, however.

pixel art, drawn with a binary brush. roughly 500px in size, includes multiple moving elements, including props. props can be requested at an additional fee.
at this time, all animation is artistic liberty.
